The MODSTER Bat Safe is designed for charging and storing LiPo batteries inside the box. Charging cables pass through a flameproof opening.

In the event of a fire, pressure escapes through the upper ventilation holes while the smoke is filtered so that no harmful substances escape. Temperatures inside the box can reach up to 800°; the insulated floor and side walls reach a maximum of 80°, and escaping gas reaches a maximum of 150°.

• When charging batteries inside the box, the maximum charge size of 60 Ah or 60,000 mAh for a single cell should not be exceeded as a reference.
• Example: 2 × 6S batteries with 5000 mAh can be charged or stored inside. For larger batteries, the Bat Safe XL is recommended.
