The SkyRC Tire Sander is a practical tire gluing dock for RC tires that significantly simplifies the clean and even gluing of tire sidewalls. Reinforced sidewalls reduce deformation at high speeds, improve cornering stability, and provide more predictable handling ideal for carpet and clay tracks.
A robust, low-RPM motor ensures smooth, even rotation without splatter. The rotation speed can be adjusted continuously via a rotary dial, and a switch allows the rotation direction to be changed between clockwise and counter-clockwise at any time. Power is supplied via an XT60 connector with a wide input range of 6-12 V DC ideal for operation from a 2S LiPo battery (7.4 V) in the pit box or a 12 V power supply in the workshop.
A precision mounting post with locking screw securely holds the tire during rotation. The included hex adapters for 1/10 on-road and off-road ensure instant compatibility. Anti-slip rubber feet keep the unit firmly in place on the pit table or workbench.
