Description
The SkyRC S65neo is an AC charger and discharger that runs directly from a 100–240 V mains supply without a separate power supply. It charges 2–4-cell LiPo, LiHV, Li-ion and LiFe packs, 6–8-cell NiMH and NiCd packs, and Pb batteries with 3 or 6 cells (6 or 12 V).
The main output and balance port monitor individual cells during charging. NiMH and NiCd cycle programmes run one to three charge/discharge passes. Pb batteries can be charged normally, as AGM or in cold charge mode.
The ColorX interface is operated with three buttons. English is the factory-set menu language. Fan speed adjusts to load and temperature.
In DC power supply mode, the S65neo provides a supplementary output for RC accessories such as a pit light, tyre warmer or tyre sander. Capacitive loads such as chargers or power supplies must not be connected, and batteries must not be charged in DC mode.
