Twin-channel AC/DC charger with independent circuits and up to 20 A charge current

The SkyRC D400 is a twin-channel charger with two independent circuits for charging different battery types simultaneously. In AC mode, it supports power distribution between the channels. The total power for Channel 1 and Channel 2 is 400 W; for example, channel 1 can be set to 300 W and channel 2 to 100 W.

Channel 2 can also serve as a 150 W DC power supply, converting 100–240 V AC household power to 6–15 V DC. It cannot be used as a charger and power supply simultaneously. The charger also functions as a lithium battery meter and battery internal resistance meter.

The microprocessor-controlled charge/discharge station has an integrated equaliser for seven-cell LiPo, LiFe and LiIon batteries. It provides up to 20 A charge current and 5 A discharge current, with 20 battery memories (10 per channel) and synchronous settings for charging identical batteries simultaneously. LiHV mode supports a 4.35 V end-of-charge voltage. Charging current, capacity, temperature and processing-time limits are provided.
