Description
The Evolve 300 CX is a coaxial RFR helicopter for flying indoors and outdoors. It is significantly larger than typical ultra-micro and micro helicopters in the CX class. Its counter-rotating rotors, digital servos and two 370-size motors enable precise control.
The factory-installed C.A.T. (Collision Avoidance Technology) system uses ultrasonic sensors to automatically avoid collisions with obstacles such as walls and furniture. The C.A.T. software offers selectable modes for larger and smaller indoor spaces; the system can be switched on and off via the radio control.
The helicopter is factory-assembled and test-flown. It has a painted scale canopy. The RFR version requires a receiver for the radio system being used, as well as a battery and charger. The Evolve 300 CX is also available as an RTF version.
Notes
- Additionally required for the RFR version: receiver, 800 mAh 3S 11.1 V LiPo battery, DC 3S 11.1 V LiPo charger with balancer and AC adapter, and 5-channel 2.4 GHz radio system.
- C.A.T. does not automatically prevent collisions with all obstacles. Further information is provided in the instruction manual.
