Features:

• Full-Sensored Mode Support
  The first 1/10th scale competition ESC that operates in full-sensored mode at all times (when operated with a suitable FSM HOBBYWING motor).
• Coasting (rolling)
  The XR8 SCT offers an exceptional coasting function when releasing the accelerator, which simulates the inertia and impulse feeling of a real vehicle. This greatly improves handling when using powerful engines, as the electromagnetic braking effect of such engines would otherwise be sudden and become a factor to be considered when driving and manoeuvring.
• Thermal capacitor protection
  The thermal filter capacitor protection of the XR8 SCT effectively protects capacitors from defective and thus irreversible damage to the ESC caused by overload.
• 100% sensor mode
  This motor is the first motor (in the world) that has a built-in chip that allows the ESC to recognize that the motor is a Hobbywing motor (when used with a XERUN XR8 or XR8 Plus). This combination results in a drive system that is 100% sensor controlled, which provides more power and is even more sensitive to control.
• Turbo Timing Technology
  When used with a XERUN XR8 series ESC, "Turbo Timing" can be activated. This is already used very successfully in 1/10th scale and also releases the last and maximum power reserves of the engine
• Low cogging torque
  The first motor with an innovative 4 pole / 8 magnet (staggered pole) rotor technology which has an extremely low cogging torque and torque pulse. (Up to 85% reduced compared to standard 1/10 motors)
